This successful law firm is currently recruiting an English qualified Solicitor to join its Real Estate Team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a range of complex and challenging transactions including wind farm and renewable energy development, funding and landowners to property finance, investment acquisition and sale, general development and commercial leasing for owners and occupiers.

Your key duties will include:

  • Title investigation and report drafting for clients
  • Preparing lease reports for acquisitions and financing purposes
  • Preparing certificates of title and overview reports for funders
  • Drafting, negotiating and implementing acquisition/sale contracts for a variety of transaction types
  • Drafting and negotiating leases for both landlord and tenants

To be considered with this position you should have at least 1 years’ PQE and have previous real estate experience.  You must be qualified in England and Wales.
