Interim Solicitors, public sector – Edinburgh

This is a unique opportunity for interim Assistant Solicitors or Solicitor Advocates to support a high-profile statutory Public Inquiry investigating Scotland’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The contract will run for a minimum of 12 months and there is more than one position.

This is an interesting and varied role which will involve investigating high-profile evidence and identifying witnesses. You will also be responsible for drafting protocol, as well as assisting the management of hearings.

The team work on a hybrid bases between the Edinburgh based office and remotely.

To be considered for this position you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE and have strong litigation experience. The role also requires excellent attention to detail and adaptability.
