Interim Solicitor, public sector – Edinburgh

This public sector organisation is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Marine Environmental Team. This role is for an interim period of 12 months and involves advising on a range of marine environment policies including domestic law, retained EU and international Law and devolution settlement.

To team is keen to hear from candidates from the NQ level and upwards, who ideally have previous public law experience. A sound understanding of and confidence working with legislation is helpful and they are also open to different areas of law and a genuine interest in this area.

This role offers hybrid working with the expectation you will be in the office one day per week. Candidates wishing to work 4 days would be considered. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in high-profile work.
