Interim Public Sector Solicitor – Edinburgh

We are currently working with this public sector organisation as sole agency on this unique opportunity. This role is for an interim period of 3-4 months. The team has a very varied workload, but with a core remit consisting of criminal procedure and policing.

You will be involved in the following –

Instructing and implementing primary legislation
Drafting subordinate legislation, particularly on policing,
Advising on a wide range of criminal justice issues, but especially extradition and miscarriage of justice compensation

The team is open to hearing from candidates from the NQ level and upwards. This is an exciting opportunity to join this friendly and supportive team.
