Interim Part-time Family Solicitor – Glasgow                                                    

This friendly law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor for an interim period of 2 months (July/August).  This role is based in Glasgow and candidates should have family law experience and be comfortable dealing with all aspects of family law including divorce, separation and child law work.  This firm does not undertake any legal aid work and will be focused on assisting private clients.  The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and have experience doing court appearance work. Interim Real Estate Solicitor – Remote

This highly regarded Law Firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Real Estate Team on an interim basis for 5/6 months.  The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ PQE, however, more junior and senior candidates will also be considered.  This role offers great flexibility and can be fully remote so candidates across Scotland will be considered.  Candidates who wish to work part-time will also be considered.  (Assignment 13440)

Senior Legal Counsel (Maternity Cover) – Edinburgh                                    

This is a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. You will be an experienced solicitor able to manage legal workflows and transactional matters. You will have excellent knowledge of contract law, GDPR and Financial regulations.  The firm is happy to accept applications from candidates with 7 years’ minimum PQE who are experienced in pension fund management. However, they will accept applications from candidate who are experienced in commercial contracts and are able to operate at a senior level.  (Assignment 13672)
