Interim English Real Estate Solicitor/Associate - Edinburgh / Glasgow

An esteemed law firm is on the lookout for a qualified solicitor to become a member of their Real Estate & Infrastructure department, with openings available in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The purpose of this role is to deliver English real estate legal expertise to commercial clients, encompassing contract negotiations and providing comprehensive guidance throughout commercial property transactions.

Applicants should be at the NQ-5 years’ PQE level. Key tasks include drafting sale/purchase contracts, examining titles, negotiating leases, and representing lenders in secured lending transactions.
