We are currently working on this exciting new role with this in-house organisation based central Glasgow. The organisation is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its highly regarded Strategic Projects and Transactions team. You will be involved in a range of corporate legal matters across the business including energy, M&A, and strategic commercial transactions.

This role would ideally suit a qualified solicitor with experience working in a corporate role. Candidates working in projects, banking or commercial work with an understanding and interest in a more focused corporate role will also be considered. The team is keen to hear from candidates at the 2-5 PQE level, however, candidates at different levels will also be considered if the right person.
