Highly successful and progressive financial services organisation is looking to appoint an additional Propositions Solicitors. There are 3 roles, one of which is a FTC,  and they are a unique opportunity to be part of a high profile and cohesive team!  Ideally you should come from a leading firm looking to make your first move in-house or perhaps within another in-house team and willing to rise to a new challenge and progress your career.  Our client will also consider different types of experience including commercial contracts, financial services, pensions, private client, financial services, regulatory or corporate.  In-house support and training will be provided.

You must have an:-

  • expert technical knowledge of the post-A day pensions regime with particular reference to HMRC, DWP and TPR guidelines and practice and to the different types of pension product that are generally available in the market and/or
  • an expert knowledge of other areas of law that impact on the administration of the products that Aegon sells, in particular, ISAs and protection products
