In-house Legal Counsel – Remote/office based/hybrid

Our client has an exciting new role for a Legal Counsel! The focus of this role will be commercial contract work and candidates will require to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and negotiate service/outsourcing contracts and agreements. You will also be involved in reviewing, negotiating and drafting bespoke customer contracts.

This role would suit candidates with at least 5 year’s PQE who have strong commercial contracts experience. Public sector and/or IP/IT experience would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working in an in-house role. This organisation offers a market leading package and benefits.
