In-house Legal Counsel – Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

Exciting opportunity to join this innovative technology organisation in Glasgow. You will support the General Counsel in providing general commercial, legal and risk advisory support, and identifying and advising on legal risks and issues. The role involves providing general commercial, legal and risk advisory support to all company functions, including HR, SHE, Finance, Taxation, Treasury, Internal Audit, Risk, IS&T, Strategy & Sustainability and Corporate Development.

To be considered for this role you should have around 3 -6 years’ PQE and experience in a similar type of role, in either in-house or private practice. Candidates out with this PQE banding, with relevant experience, will be considered. Corporate and or commercial contracts experience would be beneficial.
