We are delighted to be exclusively instructed on this senior role within a growing investments company.  This role is based within the Private Client and Asset Management team and the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years PQE.  The role reports to the Director of Risk & Compliance, and involves advice and guidance to the business on regulatory and legal matters, including the drafting, implementation and embedding of regulatory policies, procedures, and practices.

The organisation requires candidates with strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide value-added and actionable recommendations to the business. Interested candidates should be able to multi-task and prioritise a challenging and diverse workload. Experience in corporate governance would be advantageous, whilst knowledge of FCA regulations is essential.

This role is based in Haddington, East Lothian and requires a candidate seeking full time hours. The organisation’s hybrid working model offers the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
