In-house Junior Legal Counsel – Edinburgh/Hybrid

This international organisation is currently recruiting for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its expanding team in Edinburgh. You will be supporting and managing all activities regarding the administration of contracts including risk identification, risk mitigation, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial contract matters, however, applications from candidates with more experience will also be welcomed. Experience in construction contracts or energy projects would be beneficial. Responsibilities include:

Assist in the resolution of contractual claims and disputes.
Negotiate contract terms with clients in line with company contract protocols and best practices.
Develop and negotiate confidentiality agreements.

This is a full-time position with a progressive and supportive firm offering work-life balance; therefore, part-time working is also available.
