This firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding governance services team, based in either Guernsey, Jersey or London.

This international organisation is inviting applications from candidates with a minimum of 3 years PQE who are looking for a challenge and exposure to a variety of work and additional responsibility. The governance services team provide a range of In-House services covering regulation, risk management, data protection and all other areas of governance to international corporate and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with an interest in technology and the ambition and commitment to develop their skills in this award-winning firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a motivated team and gain valuable experience to help reach their full potential.
