In-house Corporate Counsel – Scotland

This expanding business currently has a role within its in-house legal team for a Corporate Counsel! This is a key appointment that sits within the Microbiology Team where you will advise on a range of interesting corporate matters.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing strategic advice and supporting in regards to complex commercial contracts.
  • Providing leadership, legal advice, and drive solutions on a range of legal, business and compliance matters.
  • Providing advice regarding customer and other commercial/business complex disputes, including collections, bankruptcy and contract breaches
  • Providing training on a range of commercial and compliance matters, including commercial contracts, Healthcare compliance and other compliance matters
  • Providing guidance and support to Contract Management and commercial teams regarding approval processes and policies
  • Providing legal support to Corporate and Group marketing, communications, procurement and e-commerce organisations

To be considered for this role you should have at least 4 years’ pqe and strong commercial contracts experience, although more senior candidates will be considered.   This role can be office based or fully remote, and the organisation also have a hybrid working policy.  If this position interests you, please get in touch with Frasia or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion.  (Assignment 13934)
