In-house Commercial Contracts Lawyer – Central Belt/Remote

We are currently working exclusively with this telecommunications infrastructure company who is recruiting a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join its in-house legal team.  The ideal candidate should have between 2-10 years’ PQE and have previous experience of working in a commercial role and experience of property law (would be an advantage, but not essential). The team is also open to commercial contracts lawyers at a more senior level on a fully remote and part-time basis.   The role involves providing support to the commercial and operations teams, and the successful candidate would be expected to develop a broad skill base to encompass commercial contract negotiation specific to the business.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Developing a detailed understanding of key commercial agreements across the business
  • Advising and supporting commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Provide contract and commercial support on acquisitions through to negotiation and execution of acquisition agreements
  • Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations

This organisation offers great prospects and hybrid working, you would be expected in the office 3 days per week, however, a more remote role will be available to candidates at a more senior level.
