ICE Disputes Solicitor – Glasgow or Edinburgh

This global law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its leading Infrastructure, Construction & Energy Disputes team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be at NQ-6 years’ PQE level and have experience or interest, in contentious construction disputes work and have experience of acting in adjudications, court and arbitrations.

The team expertise includes infrastructure, engineering, utilities, waste, transport, energy, renewables, healthcare and private developments. You will act for clients at all levels and entry points in the construction sector, including major institutional investors, public sector, contractors, insurers and all tiers of PPP contracts. You will be supporting partners and other members of the ICE Disputes team, working on construction and engineering disputes in adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
