Head of Share Incentives, Partner/Director (Scottish or English Qualified)

We have been instructed on this interesting and unique role with our client, an award-winning commercial law firm. The firm is currently recruiting a qualified solicitor at legal director/partner level to join its growing practice in Edinburgh as Head of Share Incentives. Responsibilities will include:

Developing the share incentives practice as a stand-alone business unit within the firm.
Have a leading role in supporting the firm’s clients with various aspects of share incentives.
Acting as line manager and mentor to a solicitor in the Edinburgh office who specialises in drafting share option schemes.
Working closely with members of the corporate, employment and tax teams.

To be considered for this position, you should be a Scottish/English or dual qualified solicitor with at least 6+ years PQE, previous experience of share incentives is essential. This role can be full-time or part-time (4 days) with agile working arrangements available.
