We are delighted to be instructed on a new role by our client, a successful international law firm, seeking a Solicitor to join its Funds team in Edinburgh. The team handles both manager and investor-side private funds, investment management, and secondaries, serving clients ranging from startup managers to established global financial institutions.

The role offers a diverse mix of GP and LP side work, and the chance to collaborate closely with the international funds group and other sector teams across the UK, Europe, and beyond, with opportunities to contribute to business development.

You will have a minimum of 1-year PQE in a top law firm, with a focus on funds and investment management. Ideally, you will have experience in fund formation across various sectors, including private equity, credit, venture, real estate, and infrastructure funds, as well as LP-side advice on fund and co-investment investments and secondaries.

There are excellent training and development opportunities, along with the chance to be part of a well-established and expanding funds team, as well as a competitive salary and attractive benefits package.

Should this role be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Teddie or Cameron for an initial, confidential discussion. (Assignment 17067)
