We are pleased to be working on this exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer for a fixed term contract of 12 months. This role is Glasgow based with a small but fast-growing firm. The position would be suited to candidates who have experience of operating at a senior level in a law firm,  and would be capable of providing senior level support to a residential property team on a fixed term contract basis.

The role would be suited to someone who has experience in –

– law firm compliance
– working in a supervisory role supporting more junior colleagues
– all aspects of residential conveyancing

The focus of the role will be to ensure the smooth running of the property team, providing support where appropriate, rather than handling an individual caseload.

The salary will be at the top end of the market along with a bonus scheme.
