Family Solicitor – Inverness - Frasia Wright Associates

This recognised UK law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Family Law Team in Inverness. You will be involved in all aspects of family law matters and your duties will include:

Providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce.
Acting for clients in child related matters including residence and contact disputes and child relocation applications.
Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 5 years’ PQE in family law and have a desire to pursue your career in this area.
