Our client, a well-established boutique law practice with various offices around Scotland, is currently recruiting a qualified Solicitor, specialising in Family Law. You will work with a strong and diverse client base throughout Scotland as well as the Orkney and Shetland Islands, and will be involved in the full range of family law matters from divorce and separation to child law.

The firm is open to level of candidates and will also consider newly qualified solicitors. Previous experience of family law work is essential to this role. Working knowledge of private client, employment law and rural property disputes would be beneficial but not essential. The position is full time, however candidates seeking part-time work will also be considered. The successful candidate can be based in any of the firms office locations which include Edinburgh and north of Scotland; hybrid working options are available with a minimum of two days per week office presence required.
