Our client, a well regarded charitable organisation, is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its small but busy team in the Fife area.  The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE, will be experienced in general civil legal assistance and have proven skills as a court practitioner. This position will cover a range of contentious work, with a focus on areas such as Housing law, Child law, Human Rights and Discrimination, Employment law and Social Welfare law.  Experience in at least one of those areas would be desired.  The role will also involve team management and business development and this post holder will be able to have a real say in the development of the business.
