This progressive law firm is currently recruiting an Executry Paralegal to join its busy team. The team provide a wide range of legal services including Family Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Powers of Attorney and Guardianships.

The role involves running executry files from initial meeting, ingathering information regarding the estate, preparing petitions, bonds of caution, confirmations, IHT forms to preparing accounts and arranging distribution. To be considered you should be an experienced Paralegal who is keen to progress their career in this area.
