This Scottish private client law firm is recruiting for an experienced paralegal to join its busy executries practice in Edinburgh. The role will involve independently administering and managing a caseload of executry files and managing testate and intestate executries from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with executries and have strong knowledge of inheritance tax. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks is essential. The firm offer hybrid working after the initial induction period. This is a full-time position, however applications from those seeking a 4-day week will be considered.
