FWA is pleased to be exclusively partnering with Fentons’ for the recruitment of Commercial Solicitors. They are looking for entrepreneurial Solicitors who have an ambition to progress to partner and expertise in the following areas:

employment specialists (contentious and non-contentious)
privacy / data protection
corporate/commercial, M&A
dispute resolution
insolvency

The ideal candidate will have 6 years’ + pqe and will join the firm as a Partner ready to hit the ground running. Fentons’ are interested in candidates who are happy to build their own client base or have a small following, who contribute innovative ideas and genuinely care about developing the business. Fentons’ brand promise is to provide business and legal advice in everyday language, they welcome candidates who have had experience of this or are keen to learn! This is a remote working position therefore candidates can be based anywhere in Scotland.
