This dynamic law firm is looking for an English qualified Senior Associate/Partner with strong commercial property skills to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial property skills and also be capable of dealing directly with a wide variety of client transactions, from instruction through to completion with a commercial approach and be able to work confidently in a fast-moving environment.

The team offers a broad range of work due to the nature of their diverse contracts, which cover all aspects of commercial property law including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, easements and wayleaves, utilities and security transactions.

This position can be based at any of the firms offices in Scotland or remote.
