This firm is currently recruiting Solicitors to join its Energy & Natural Resources team in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The roles include drafting and negotiating documents such as exclusivity agreements, options and leases for developers and landowners, carrying out due diligence on existing projects for investors and funders, assisting clients involved in the renewables supply-chain and generally supporting clients with their legal requirements in this fast-moving industry. This role would suit candidates who have energy or commercial property background wishing to grow their career in this area.
