This successful law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Employment and Rewards Team.  This is an exciting role where you will specialise in share plans and incentives, employment tax, commercial trusts and charity law.  You will be involved in a range of work which will include:

  • Advising on the structure and implementation of equity incentive arrangements taking into account tax, corporate law, corporate governance.
  • Advising on employee-incentivisation benefits, such as death in service schemes, and acting for most of the providers in the healthcare trusts market on the development of new processes and services.
  • Advising leading insurers on trust related products and services.

To be considered for this position you should be at the 0-3 years’ PQE level and have a desire to progress your career in this area.  Experience in these areas are not essential, the firm is keen to hear from candidates with a willingness to learn.
