This independent Scottish commercial law firm is currently recruiting an Employment Solicitor to join its busy practice in Glasgow. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative legal solutions to a wide range of domestic and UK clients.

The team is keen to hear from experienced solicitors at Associate to Legal Director level with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing caseload of employment matters, with a strong focus on providing high-quality service to a well-established client base. In addition to delivering effective legal support, there will be opportunities to contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, with encouragement and support to build on client relationships.

The role involves advising business clients on employment law matters, including business transfers, TUPE, due diligence, and post-transfer obligations. Responsibilities also include drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, and advising on exit arrangements, settlement agreements, and post-termination restrictions.
