Employment Law Associate – Guernsey

We have been instructed on an associate level Employment Law role in Guernsey within a newly established employment team who is experiencing exponential growth. You will provide a full range of employment related services to clients and support the head of practice.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and finalising a range of legal documents
  • Managing and coordinating client work as delegated by the Head of Employment
  • Performing legal research and analysis
  • Delivering excellent quality, timely and professional client services
  • Taking personal responsibility for achieving target hours, proactively managing billings and debtors and recording time in a consistent way
  • Being the first point of contact for clients as relevant
  • Adhering to all policies, procedures and regulations as required

The team is seeking more senior candidates between the 3-5 years PQE level; a minimum of 3 years’ experience in employment and discrimination law is essential.
