Employment Associate/Senior Associate - Glasgow

Our client, a successful law firm, is currently recruiting an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join its busy employment team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will handle a large and complex caseload and will gain exposure to a wide variety of employment issues including:

Advising on employment disciplines such as discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
Handling insurance policies.
Participating in projects and business development to improve and optimise services.
Providing support to the legal manager as required.
Conducting own cases and assisting other fee-earners in providing advice and representation to the company’s clients.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 4 years PQE and ideally, within another busy employment team within a reputable and well recognised practice. This is a full-time position based in the firm’s Glasgow office however agile working is also supported to allow flexibility and work/life balance.
