Our client, a successful law firm, is currently recruiting an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join its busy employment team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will handle a large and complex caseload and will gain exposure to a wide variety of employment issues including:

  • Advising on employment disciplines such as discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
  • Handling insurance policies.
  • Participating in projects and business development to improve and optimise services.
  • Providing support to the legal manager as required.
  • Conducting own cases and assisting other fee-earners in providing advice and representation to the company’s clients.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 4 years PQE and ideally, within another busy employment team within a reputable and well recognised practice. This is a full-time position based in the firm’s Glasgow office however agile working is also supported to allow flexibility and work/life balance.
