A leading Scottish law firm is seeking multiple solicitors to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, following a period of sustained growth. With one of the largest litigation teams in the country, the firm is regularly involved in complex, high-profile cases across the Court of Session, Supreme Court, and Sheriff Court.

Based in Edinburgh, these roles will focus on public sector litigation, supporting a team recognised for its expertise in public and administrative law. The work will include advising on statutory interpretation, the powers, and duties of public bodies, and representing clients in judicial reviews, appeals, and public inquiries. While experience in this area is preferred, it is not essential.

Applications are welcomed from solicitors at all stages of their careers, from newly qualified to Partner level. The ideal candidates will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident managing a varied caseload under pressure. A collaborative approach and strong communication skills are essential.
