Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

This firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy Dispute Resolution Team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for you managing a varied commercial disputes caseload and some of your duties will include:

Advising on contentious issues, including conducting hearings in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
Providing advocacy in tribunals, arbitration, and mediation
Taking statements, attending consultations, drafting pleadings, instructing expert witnesses, preparing cases for proofs/debates
Business development

The firm is open to hear from newly qualified candidates up to 6 years’ PQE with previous dispute resolution and commercial litigation experience.
