Corporate Tax Solicitor, Glasgow

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join its corporate tax and incentives team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be at the NQ – 5 years’ pqe level with a broad understanding of UK corporation tax, VAT and stamp duty land tax together with corporate experience in drafting and negotiating tax provisions in share purchase and asset purchase agreements.

Your duties will include:

working closely with the Tax and Incentives team head as well as the lawyers in the corporate tax team.
lead projects (with appropriate supervision) and handle client relationships (both internally and externally).
