Corporate Solicitor – Jersey - Frasia Wright Associates

This off-shore firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its busy Corporate Team. You will provide advise on a range of complex corporate issues and your duties will include:

Providing, sound, quality technical advice and guidance to clients
Managing your own caseload with minimal Partner input
Being a significant point of contact in your area of expertise for a number of clients
Demonstrating a thorough comprehension of and be able to generate repeat business from existing clients
Supporting and developing more junior members of the team

To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years’ PQE and have a strong corporate background.
