Corporate Solicitor – Edinburgh or Glasgow

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its Corporate Team. You will advise on all aspects of general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and investment work. Your key duties will include:

Managing your own workload
Having financial control of your own matters
Business development

To be considered for this position you should be at the 3-5 years’ PQE level and have previous corporate experience.
