Corporate Solicitor – Edinburgh or Glasgow

This innovative law firm currently have a need for a Corporate Solicitor to join its busy team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will be involved in all aspects of corporate law and will advise on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, restructuring and commercial contracts. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own caseload
Fee management, including time recording and issuing fees
Business development and maintaining/building client relationships

To be considered for this position you should have between 1-2 years’ PQE and previous corporate experience. You should be an ambitious solicitor and keen to develop your career in this area.
