This growing firm is currently recruiting a to join its successful Corporate Team in Edinburgh. The team advise specifically on M&A and investments and the ideal candidate will be interested in progressing their career in this area.

This is a varied role and your duties will include:

Leading M&A transactions, re-organisations, and general corporate finance matters
Working on private equity and venture capital deals
Advising on commercial contracts and joint ventures
Corporate Governance

To be considered for this role you should have between 3 – 6 years’ PQE in a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team that offer genuine career prospects and flexible working.
