We are delighted to be working on this senior in-house legal role with a renewable energy organisation based in Edinburgh. The organisation is seeking a corporate Lawyer to join its busy team and specialise in M&A transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post qualified experience and have an enthusiasm and desire to work in a busy in-house corporate role. Candidates should have previous M&A experience, gained ideally within an in-house environment, however private practice is also acceptable. Good knowledge and understanding of clean energy projects would also be beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a thriving in-house legal team within a growing organisation. Salary is highly competitive as well as market leading benefits.
