Ref: FW9449

This well-established Scottish law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its busy practice in either Glasgow or Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work closely with an experienced partner and gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of transactional matters, supporting clients across Scotland and beyond.

The successful candidate will advise on a variety of corporate work, including M&A transactions, private equity and investment deals, joint ventures, and group reorganisations. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law and be confident managing transactions and engaging directly with clients.
