This well-known global firm have a need for an experienced solicitor to join its corporate team in Glasgow. This team advises on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-10 year’s PQE and experience in corporate finance, M&A (domestic and cross border) and private equity (beneficial but not essential). Applicants will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or a large regional practice.
