This leading international law firm is recruiting an Associate to join its Corporate team in Jersey. The firm offer specialised legal advice to a diverse range of public and private companies, financial institutions, and individuals.

The role involves advising clients on corporate matters, representing the group in interactions with other professionals, and developing a deep understanding of clients’ businesses. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and ensuring due diligence. The individual will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to knowledge management, and stay updated on relevant laws. Additional tasks include managing client billing, handling file management, and participating in marketing and training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with experience in banking/finance, corporate law, investment funds, and mergers, preferably within an international or offshore firm. They should be able to manage multiple tasks, interact professionally with clients and colleagues, maintain confidentiality, and have a focus on excellent client service.
