This successful firm currently have a need for Solicitors to join its Corporate Finance Team. This is a high-profile team who work with leading domestic and international companies, investment banks, fund managers and private equity houses on major transactions throughout the UK and beyond.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at the NQ+ PQE level who are keen to develop their career with corporate finance. More experienced candidates should have strong experience in this area. More junior candidates should also have experience in this area, although newly qualified Solicitors and early 2023 qualifiers with a corporate seat would be encouraged to apply.
