This distinguished offshore law firm has a vacancy within its market leading corporate team in Jersey. You will advise a range of clients which include global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals. This award-winning team work on a variety of transactional matters and the role will give you exposure to giving advice on some of the most ground-breaking work in the offshore field.

The ideal candidate will have NQ -4 years’ PQE and experience in mergers and acquisitions, and mainstream corporate advisory.
