Construction & Projects (Non-contentious) Solicitor – Edinburgh / Glasgow

We are currently working on a position within this leading Scottish law firm. The firm is seeking an NQ Solicitor to join its Construction & Projects team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be at the NQ – 2 years PQE level and have experience of transactional, non-contentious construction work with experience in projects work being beneficial but not essential.

You will be involved in a range of non-contentious construction & projects work including drafting review, and negotiation of building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees. You will also assist on projects work on a project by project basis.

You will have a passion for construction and projects, a willingness to learn and determined to provide a first-class service.
