We are currently working on this exciting opportunity to join the growing Construction Insurance Team within DAC Beachcroft.  The firm has recently appointed a new Partner, Construction Litigator, Jilly Petrie, she has a wealth of experience and represents clients in complex, high-value construction and engineering insurance claims across the full spectrum of project, contractors all risk and professional indemnity policies.

The team is now seeking an experienced Construction Insurance Solicitor to support Jilly in developing this area of the business. In this role, you will also act for all the main insurers and their developer, contractor and consultant insureds and will deal with the full spectrum of construction insurance work.

The ideal candidate will have between 5 – 10 year’s PQE and have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as being ambitious.  Candidates should also enjoy working as part of team and have the ability to run their own caseload. Candidates with experience in insurance litigation, construction,  property litigation, professional indemnity or even candidates with commercial litigation experience and a strong interest in this area.
