This leading Scottish firm is seeking a junior level Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join its highly successful team in Edinburgh.  The team provide mainstream advice to a range of clients including retail, hospitality, utilities, education, and charity sectors, engaging in cross border work with corporate support work.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 year’s PQE and be committed to a career in commercial property law. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Involvement in land acquisition and disposal transactions
  • Dealing with leasing work acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Assisting on the property aspects of energy projects both on shore and off shore

You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships, be able to identity and manage risk effectively and be well organised, being able to prioritise your workload.
