Commercial Property Solicitor / Senior Solicitor - Edinburgh

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor within a highly regarded firm In Edinburgh. Candidates at the NQ level and above will be considered, essentially with previous experience of working on commercial property transactions. You will be looking for a role with responsibility in client facing work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a varied and busy caseload, providing support to their Associate.

Your key responsibilities will include:-

Drafting and negotiating missives and leases
Preparing commercial agreements
Contributing to the commercial property business plan and to marketing and business development initiatives

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a commercial approach to transactions, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. The position is offered on a full or part time basis and will be office based.
