An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor within a highly regarded firm In Edinburgh. Candidates at the NQ level and above will be considered, essentially with previous experience of working on commercial property transactions.  You will be looking for a role with responsibility in client facing work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a varied and busy caseload, providing support to their Associate.

Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Drafting and negotiating missives and leases
  • Preparing commercial agreements
  • Contributing to the commercial property business plan and to marketing and business development initiatives

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a commercial approach to transactions, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. The position is offered on a full or part time basis and will be office based.
