This growing organisation is currently recruiting an ambitious Solicitor who is keen to grow their career in-house. The role reports to the Legal Director and the main focus is commercial property and some commercial contract work. Commercial leasing is a large part of the role, as well as sale and purchase, and occasional property development work. There could be opportunity to be involved in more varied work, depending on the successful candidate’s experience, such as banking and IP.
To be considered for this role you should be around the 5 years’ PQE level with commercial property experience, however, candidates out with this level would also be considered. This role is part-time, between 2.5 and 4 days, although the hours could be completed over 5 days. Hybrid working is on offer.
