Our client, a leading full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Director to join its busy and ambitious Commercial Property department. The firm works with a wide variety of clients including developers, investors, landlords and tenants, and is known for its strong reputation across both commercial and private client sectors.

This opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of the team’s work and is ideally suited to a solicitor with a strong background in commercial property transactions. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years’ PQE and will take a lead role in handling complex deals involving sales, acquisitions, development projects, funding arrangements and leases. The role also involves mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to business development activity, and actively supporting cross-departmental collaboration.

While the position is primarily office-based, flexible or hybrid working arrangements may be available depending on experience.
